The maximum loan amount for payday loans in Utah are unspecified. The loan term may not exceed 12 weeks. There is no usury limit to the maximum finance rate and fees.
There is not limit to the maximum number of outstanding loans at one time. Rollovers are not specified but they cannot extend or renew the loan more than 12 weeks from the original loan date. The cooling off period and repayment plan is unspecified along with collection fees and criminal action.
